You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

You may not use InfiniteTalk AI to upload, generate, request, distribute, or promote NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content. This prohibition applies to all inputs and outputs on the platform, including uploaded images, audio, prompts, and generated videos.

Any attempt to create or share sexually explicit content through our service is a violation of these Terms. We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate related accounts at our sole discretion.

You commit to refraining from engaging in any of the following prohibited activities while using infinitetalk-ai.com:

Illegal Content: Producing videos containing unlawful, harmful, or forbidden material

Misrepresentation: Presenting AI-generated videos as authentic recordings without appropriate disclosure

Unauthorized Likeness: Creating videos featuring individuals' likenesses without obtaining their consent

Harmful Content: Developing content that encourages violence, hate speech, discrimination, or unlawful activities

Intellectual Property Infringement: Producing videos that violate the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties

System Abuse: Disrupting or interfering with the security or functionality of the platform

Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or usage limitations of the platform

Commercial Misuse: Unauthorized resale or redistribution of platform access

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall InfiniteTalk AI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InfiniteTalk AI regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
